<泰国鳄/暹罗鳄>

泰国鳄外观类似湾鳄，但体型小于湾鳄，体长3.7~4米，口鼻部也比湾鳄宽。泰国鳄分布于东南亚的淡水沼泽、河流和湖泊中，从泰国、老挝、柬埔寨经马来半岛到达印度尼西亚的部分地区，与湾鳄分享共同的栖息地，食性广泛。泰国鳄修筑堆起的巢，在饲养环境下，每窝产卵20~50枚。泰国鳄在野外可能已经灭绝，但是人工饲养的数量还比较多，可以与湾鳄杂交。
